We have a team of 9 one-of-a-kind, experienced, craft-cocktail mixologists who are ready to give you the experience of a lifetime! Your guests will not stop talking about the professionalism, the consistency, the seasonal and hand-selected ingredients, the custom cocktails and the experience you can’t find anywhere else.   • 5 hours of non-stop service

  • Arrival 1.5 hours prior to service starting for set up

  • 2 professional bartenders

  • All bar tools needed for beer/wine and cocktail creation

  • One large cooler

  • Liquor liability and general liability insurance

The hills we’d die on 👇🏼 Common questions we see during “booking season” as bartenders include, “What’s a dry-hire & why is it better than a cash-bar?” ; “do you charge more for specialty cocktails?” ; “why do you charge this when someone else charged me $500 to provide everything?” Cost-effectiveness and quality experiences are our top priorities. 1. Dry-hire & open-bar concepts are statistically less expensive than cash-bar options — you own the alcohol, you control cost, there are no alcohol up-charges (there are approximately 25 oz of liquor in a 750mL bottle, cash-bar services will charge about $5/oz = $125/bottle and you don’t keep any unused alcohol ~ we don’t charge or profit off the sale of alcohol & it’s yours at the end if it’s unused!) 2. We would never charge you extra to do specialty cocktails. The only time you’d see any price alterations is if you request certain brands/options that are significantly out of the price range we charge by standard • and even then, we’d have a lengthy discussion before any charges were placed. 3. The cost of our services depend on: guest size, supply markets, minimum state wages, insurance cost (for your event and our employees), location and services selected. We lead with transparency & provide an experience that is consistent and unforgettable for your guests. We try to staff you with people who fit your energy, do pre-service questionnaires and have unlimited communication for you to ask us for guidance along the way. With this, we also set you up with local alcohol distributors that offer discounts & distillery tours and tastings for Montana distilled spirits. We want you to think of us as an investment worth telling your friends about! We can’t wait to meet you, work for you & experience the best days of your life alongside you!
